Delivery Area
We currently ship only within Pakistan. All orders placed on Kidco Mart are ready for delivery throughout the country.
Delivery Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days from the date of processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Delivery During Holidays: Please note that orders placed on or near holidays may get delays.
Shipping Charges
Customer will have to pay for 200 PKR for delivery charges all over the Pakistan. All the delivery charges for your orders, they will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. Use this information to track your package until it reaches you.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders, so you can pay when your package arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, please contact us to reschedule. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, your order may be canceled.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is necessary for Refund OR Exchange process.
